This website is made available by the Ministry of Justice and Security in collaboration with Victim Support Netherlands and CoMensha.
The following terms and conditions shall apply to the content and use of the National Referral Site for Human Trafficking (hereinafter: ‘the website’). By using the website, visitors (hereinafter: ‘the user’) shall accept these terms and conditions.

The representatives that comprise the editorial board are accountable within their own organisations for this selection and for other content changes. In relation to the organisations to be included, the website only includes organisations that carry out specific responsibilities for victims of human trafficking or organisations that provide a generic range of services which victims of human trafficking are able to use immediately. Inclusion on this website in no way entails an endorsement of or a quality judgement on specific organisations by the Ministry of Justice and Security or by one of the other members of the editorial board. No rights or obligations may be derived from inclusion on the website.
