What can COA do to help?
COA receives asylum seekers and houses them at COA reception sites until their asylum application has been processed by the Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND) and the Court has reviewed this decision. COA is also responsible for the provision of basic facilities and needs, such as bed linens, the initial furnishings of a room and a weekly allowance. In addition, COA provides information to potential victims.
